POLICIES AND PAYMENT
All records and patient information are kept completely confidential and are only released with patient written consent.
Standard 24-hour cancellation policy requires patients to call at least a day ahead to cancel/reschedule or pay (in full) for the time reserved.
You can wait in the hallway, at least 6 feet away from anyone else. You must wear a mask for the entire session. I wear a mask and follow strict guidelines for sanitizing and proper air flow.
Please do not book an appointment if:
• you’ve tested positive for COVID or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive.
• you have the following symptoms, or have been in close contact with anyone with any of these symptoms: fever, chills, cough, shortness of breath, fatigue, muscle/body aches, headache, loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion, runny nose, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.
Payment is due in full at time of service and can be cash, check, Paypal or Venmo. Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider, which means if your insurance policy covers acupuncture, I can give you a receipt to submit for reimbursement. Acupuncture is also eligible for coverage under Health Savings Accounts and Flex Spending Accounts.
